"Iyashi" is a Japanese word meaning soothing or healing - both mentally and physically. At Healing Touch Iyashi, we believe that massage therapy is a safe, natural, and effective way to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, improve sleep quality, and promote overall well-being.
“Omotenashi” is a Japanese philosophy of hospitality that emphasizes attentiveness, respect, and thoughtful care for each guest. It reflects a sincere commitment to creating a welcoming environment where guests can relax and enjoy a peaceful and memorable experience.

Minor Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not provide services to children under the age of 5 years old.
For minors between the ages of 5 and 16, the following policies apply:
A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor
The parent or guardian must remain in the same treatment room during the entire service
The parent or guardian must complete and sign the minor’s massage intake form
Healing Touch Iyashi cannot be held responsible for minors left unattended within the spa premises.
All services provided to minors must comply with applicable state and local regulations governing massage and aesthetic services.
Special Instructions
We accept cash, Healing Touch Iyashi issued gift cards, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit. Personal checks are not accepted. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Parties of 4 or more guests, a credit card may be required to hold the reservation, and a deposit may be requested to secure the group appointment.
A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit and debit card payments. Guests are welcome to pay with cash or Venmo to avoid this fee.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Healing Touch Iyashi, we value your time and that of our therapists. To request a specific therapist or indicate a preference for a male or female therapist, please call us to confirm your appointment or specify in the notes section. To ensure the best service for all guests, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Spa Rules and Regulations
By using Healing Touch Iyashi services, you agree to follow these rules and regulations. Violation of these rules and regulations can lead to the removal from this spa and/or the cancellation of your membership without refund.
We reserve the right to modify these rules and regulations without notice.
Your comfort and safety is our priority during any service we provide. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, please tell the therapist or esthetician that you would like to end the service immediately. Likewise, if the therapist or esthetician feels uncomfortable, they reserve the right to stop the service as well. We value our customers and want to provide them with a safe and relaxing service.
Non-Discriminatory Policy
We treat all people equally and with respect. We do not discriminate based off of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, disability, political affiliation, marital status, age, etc.
When Can Our Therapist Refuse Service?
All therapists and estheticians reserve the right to refuse services in any of the following circumstances, in which case there will be no refund issued. The list below is subject to change and is only partial:
The client is abusive (physically or verbally), or under the influence of alcohol and/or any illegal substance.
The client exhibits language or behavior that is deemed as an immediate or potential threat to the safety of the client, service provider, or others around them.
The client initiates any sort of sexual language, behavior, or misconduct.
The client has had a surgery within the past 8 weeks of their scheduled massage. We reserve the right to require a note issued from the client's doctor approving the massage if this is the case.
The client shares any health or other information that the therapist or esthetician deems to be unsafe for the client to receive a massage
The client is within their first 20 weeks of pregnancy.
